FRESHMAN (2019):
Two-way player…as a position player, appeared in 29 games including 24 as a starter…made 16 starts in right field and eight starts at DH…hit .277 with five doubles, one triple, two homers and 10 RBI…also stole three bases and scored 11 runs…recorded seven multiple-hit games including one three-hit game…on the mound, made 19 appearances with three starts…went 1-2 with one save and a 3.63 ERA…recorded 35 strikeouts and held opposing hitters to a .208 batting average in 34.2 innings…made collegiate debut out of bullpen at Saint Mary’s (2/16), struck out five in 1.1 scoreless innings…pitched in two games at Santa Clara, came in from centerfield to close series-finale (2/24), earned first career save and recorded first career hit in same game, came off bench to make debut as a position player in CF at Santa Clara (2/24) after Danny Sinatro was ejected, singled and scored, later walked…pitched 1.1 innings of relief in the series at Nevada (3/2), struck out two…started in right field at UNLV (3/13), homered to right field for first career HR, scored twice, also worked 0.2 innings of relief, struck out UNLV’s Bryson Stott…started in right field all 3 games at No. 9 Arizona State, singled in first two games…made first career start on the mound at Loyola Marymount (3/25), worked three no-hit innings and struck out three…started, earned first career win against Gonzaga (4/2), worked 3.2 innings, allowed two hits, one earned run and struck out two…started in right field all three games at Cal, had pair of 2-hit games and worked scoreless inning (4/7), striking out two…started on the mound against Oregon (4/14), struck out two in 3.2 innings…started in right field twice at USC, had two hits with a double and RBI (4/20)…at No. 2 Oregon State (4/26), came in to pitch after starting in right field and got final out of the 9th to send game to extra innings, set season-highs with 6.2 innings, six strikeouts and 104 pitches, left mound with one out in 16th and went back to right field and made a diving catch…against Washington, went 6-for-13 with double, homer and four RBI in series against UW…had three hits against UW (5/3), recorded two hits with an RBI-double (5/4) and homered (5/5)…had two hits with an RBI-single and worked final two innings of win at Gonzaga (5/6)…started at DH all three games against No. 1 UCLA, walked three times in finale (5/12)…started at DH twice at Utah, doubled (5/16) and had RBI-triple (5/18), on the mound at Utah made two appearances at Utah and ended 5/18 win by striking out only two hitters faced…worked 2.2 innings against Arizona (5/25), allowed one earned run.

HIGH SCHOOL
Attended W.F. West High School in Chehalis, Wash.…three-year letterwinner for coach Brian Bullock…two-time All-Evergreen Conference selection…as a JUNIOR, earned Evergreen Conference MVP honors and All-State honors after posting a 1.02 ERA with 44 strikeouts in 27.1 innings…posted a 15-strikeout game, later threw a no-hitter and helped WFWHS reach the 2A state title game with a 12-strikeout game in the semifinal round…as a SENIOR, named to All-USA Washington First Team as an outfielder…named All-Area Co-MVP with fellow Coug freshman Brandon White by The Chronicle…named the All-Area Player of the Year by The Olympian…hit .439 with 12 doubles, one triple, three home runs, 39 runs scored and 28 RBI…on the mound, went 7-0 with a 1.17 ERA, a .127 batting average against, struck out 76 and walked just 11…in the third-place game at the State playoffs, threw a no-hitter with 12 strikeouts…earlier in the season, threw a five-inning no-hitter, striking out 13…lettered three times in football as a punt returner, wide receiver and long snapper.
