Attended Stillwater High School in Oklahoma as a freshman…attended Pullman High School his final three seasons…three-year letterwinner in baseball…named to All-Great Northern League First Team…prior to senior season, played summer ball for the Arizona Diamondbacks Scout Team and the summer league Spokane Dodgers for coach Jeff Simmelink…also selected to Area Code Tryout…three-year letterwinner in basketball.
