WSU CAREER: Three-year letterwinner…two-time All-Pac-12 Conference selection…appeared in 156 career games, all started at shortstop…hit .286, recorded 173 hits, 42 doubles, three triples, two home runs, 16 stolen bases and 56 RBI…received bachelor’s degree in social sciences…selected in 22nd round of MLB Draft by Pittsburgh Pirates.

SOPHOMORE (2017): Earned All-Pac-12 honorable mention…started all 53 games at shortstop…led team with 60 hits and six stolen bases…second on team with .308 batting average…recorded 13 doubles, 25 runs and 19 RBI…third in Pac-12 Conference with 166 assists…during Pac-12 play, second on team with .300 batting average, tied for team-lead with 36 hits and had seven doubles…tied for team lead with 17 multiple-hit games including a team-best six 3-hit games…third on team with .350 batting average with runners in scoring position…tied for third on team with 12 2-out RBI…first career hit came in season-opener at Sacramento State (Game 1 – Feb. 18)…had three hits and two RBI in win over Stephen F. Austin (March 5)…stole two bases against Utah Valley (March 10)…had three hits against Utah Valley (Game 2 – March 11)…recorded three hits at Arizona State (April 14)…had two hits and two RBI at Gonzaga (April 17)…had 10-game hitting streak (April 25-May-14), recording six multiple-hit games during that streak…in series win against No. 28 UCLA (May 12-14), went 8-for-14 (.571) with three runs, two doubles and multiple-hit games in all three contests including a pair of 3-hit games…had three hits against No. 8 Stanford (May 26).
JUNIOR COLLEGE CAREER
Attended Trinidad State Junior College in Trinidad, Colo. for coach Mathew Torrez…earned All-Region first-team honors as a FRESHMAN after posting a .395 batting average with 23 doubles, seven homers, 45 RBI, 15 stolen bases, 65 runs scored and slugged .647.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Played at San Ysidro High School in San Diego for coach Kenneth Canche…as a SOPHOMORE, earned All-South Bay League second-team honors after hitting .329…as a JUNIOR, named All-South Bay first team after hitting .371 helped SYHS to a CIF Division II Championship as a SENIOR, earning All-South Bay League first-team honors after hitting .350…SYHS went 31-3 including a undefeated mark in South Bay play…also played for the Mexico National Team in the 2007 Pan-American Games in Venezuela…also played in junior Olympic semifinals three years in a row for Mexico (2012-14).
PERSONAL
Born in Chula Vista, Calif….parents Andres and Marcela…younger sisters, Ivanna and Miranda…cousin, Andres Eriques played at San Diego State (2009-13)…plans to pursue a degree in business administration.
