Attended Carson High School…four-year letterwinner…as a SOPHOMORE, hit .342 with 26 RBI…as a JUNIOR, earned North All-League first-team honors after hitting .404 with 30 runs scored, six doubles, five home runs, eighth stolen bases and 33 RBI…in wrestling, finished third at state…as a SENIOR, named North Offensive Player of the Year after hitting .492…three-year letterwinner in football and wrestling…two-time All-State running back… owns CHS school records for rushing yards and touchdowns …lettered once in basketball… former high school teammates with current Cougar freshman pitcher Bryce Moyle.

Parents, John and Rhonda…six brothers, Josh, Paul, Seth, Caleb, Luke and Levi…dad, John played football at Missouri Southern…brother, Josh ran track at Wake Forest…brother, Luke played football at Malone University (DII in Canton, Ohio)…brother, Caleb ran track at Iowa Western JC…interested in studying education…brothers, Luke and Levi both served in the Army…brothers, Seth and Caleb both served in the Navy.
