FRESHMAN (2015): Appeared in 25 games, starting seven of last nine outings...recorded a 1-1 record with a 2.72 ERA, 50 strikeouts and 23 walks...opponents hit .221 against him...finished eighth in Pac-12 in batting average against...Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week for May 4...totaled 11 2/3 innings, scattering four hits, three walks and 12 strikeouts...started vs. Arizona (May 3) and went seven scoreless, allowing two hits with seven strikeouts...started at Washington (Apr. 27) and worked 4 2/3 of two-hit baseball, striking out five...came on in relief in Utah (Apr 24) and worked 4 2/3 allowing two hits and picking up his first win...made collegiate debut in 8-2 win vs. UT-Arlington (Feb. 14), striking out three in 2 2/3 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered three times in baseball…named to the All-Wesco First Team as an infielder in both his junior and senior years…All-Wesco Second Team pitcher as a junior…led Arlington High School with a .437 batting average…during his sophomore year, was the first Arlington High School pitcher to win a playoff game since 1995…his freshman year, All-Wesco Second Team as a utility player…team-high .475 batting average…team offensive MVP three-straight years.
