WASHINGTON STATE CAREER
FRESHMAN (2018): Appeared in nine games…did not record a decision…posted a 6.00 ERA with six strikeouts in six innings…made colligate debut with scoreless three-pitch outing against Nebraska at the Husker Classic in Tempe (Feb. 17)…recorded first career strikeout in appearance against UC Riverside at the Husker Classic in Tempe (Feb. 18)…had scoreless appearances at Gonzaga (April 17) and at Seattle U (April 25)…had season-high three strikeouts in 1.2 innings at Washington (April 27)…induced groundout to end the inning against No. 3 Oregon State (May 6)…got final two outs of eighth inning at No. 3 Stanford (May 19).
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Attended Cherokee Trial High School in Aurora, Colo…was a four-year letterwinner for coach Alan Dyer…as a SOPHOMORE, earned All-Centennial League first-team honors…as a JUNIOR, earned First-Team All-State and First-Team All-Centennial League accolades after posting a 1.62 ERA with 51 strikeouts win 56.1 innings pitched…helped CTHS to a 5A state title after firing a two-hitter in the championship game…as a SENIOR, missed most of season with an injury…also lettered twice in football as a quarterback.
PERSONAL
Parents, Kurt and Mande…younger sisters, Trennah and Sloan…dad, Kurt was a 32nd round draft pick by the Oakland Athletics out of high school and he later played quarterback at UNLV (2001-04).
