RS-SENIOR (2021): Appeared in four games out of the bullpen…recorded one strikeout in 1.1 innings…appeared in game two of doubleheader at UC Davis (2/20)…worked 0.2 of an inning at UC Davis (2/21)…recorded one strikeout in 0.2 innings at Dixie State (2/26)…appeared out of the bullpen against Seattle U (5/5)…earned bachelor’s degree in economics.

RS-JUNIOR (2020): Appeared in three games, all out of the bullpen…recorded three strikeouts and allowed four hits in 2.2 innings…made WSU debut with two-thirds of an inning of work at CSU Bakersfield (2/16)…struck out two in scoreless inning of work against Rutgers in Arizona (2/29)…recorded one strikeout in one scoreless inning of work against Niagara (3/8).

JUNIOR COLLEGE
RS-SOPHOMORE (2019): Attended Sierra College in Rocklin, Calif.…made seven appearances, recorded nine strikeouts in 9.1 innings. 

RS-FRESHMAN (2018): Attended Sierra College in Rocklin, Calif.…made 14 appearances, 10 as a starter, went 3-4 with 46 strikeouts and a 4.88 ERA in 51.2 innings.

FRESHMAN (2017): Attended UC Santa Barbara...redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Attended Placer High School…two-year team captain for coach Tony Madrigal…as a SOPHOMORE, threw a no-hitter…as a JUNIOR, went 6-1 with a 1.82 ERA and 73 strikeouts in 57.2 innings, also threw a no hitter…as a SENIOR, named Perfect Game All-America Honorable Mention…went 3-1 with a 1.38 ERA…threw a no-hitter with 16 strikeouts with no walks or HBP, missed perfect game after a PHS fielding error…holds PHS record with 16 strikeouts in a game…named to Oakland Athletics Area Code team.

Born in San Jose, Calif.…parents, Mark and Alice…mom, Alice, is a civil engineer…career goal is to be a career recruiter…nickname is Chazz Michael Michaels…enjoys doing anything outside and any kind of competition…can do the splits…was the PHS mascot…pursuing business economics degree at WSU.
