SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Cross Country - Third Cougar and 11th overall at Clash of the Inland NW meet with 6k time of 18:14.0...runner-up at Sundodger Invite 8k in time of 24:08.59...led WSU team to win over No. 21 UW...second on team and 35th overall at Washington Invite 8k in 23:57.0...first Cougar to cross line at PreNats at 36th overall with 8k time of 23:49.7...at Pac-12 Champi­onships was second on team, placed 12th overall in a time of 23:29.2...earned All-Pac-12 second team honors...third place overall at NCAA West Regionals in 10k time of 31:05.4...earned NCAA All-Region honors...first Cougar finisher at NCAA Championships at 57th (30:39.5)…Indoor - At MPSF Championships reached a PR in the 3000m of 8:13.51i (10th) and an indoor-best 5000m time of 14:10.30i for 11th (2/27/16, Seattle)…Outdoor - Hit 10k PR time of 29:09.28 for 11th at Stanford Invite (4/2/16)…ran 5k PR time of 14:04.16 at Mt. SAC Relays (4/15/16, Norwalk)…at Pac-12 Championships was 15th in 10k and 20th in 5k…at NCAA West Prelim Round, finished 19th in 10k (30:12.98) and 32nd in the 5k (14:43.77).
 
FRESHMAN (2014-15): Cross Country - At Sundodger Invite 8k finished 17th overall, ninth on team (25:06)...seventh Cougar and 112th overall at Stanford Invite 8k in time of 25:17…Indoor - Top mile time was 4:19.57i at UW Invite (1/31/15, Seattle)…PR time in 3000m of 8:14.51i was at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships for 24th place (2/28/15, Seattle)…Outdoor - PR in 5k of 14:08.26 came at Mt. SAC Relays (4/17/15, Walnut)…finished 11th in 10k at Pac-12 Championships in time of 30:24.38 (5/28/15, Los Angeles).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight letters at Richland High…four letters in cross country for coach Jay Bartlett…four letters for track and field coach Jim Qualheim…senior year won the cross country regional title…finished fourth at the 2013 Washington state 4A Cross Country Championships as the Bombers’ team was runner-up…on the outdoor oval, finished third in the 3200m at state 4A Championships with a PR time of 9:08.28…also ran PR time of 4:15.67 in 1600m at state meet (12th)…other PR times run in 2014 included 2:04.48 in 800m, 4:04.47 in the 1500m and 8:32.38 in the 3000m.
 
PERSONAL. Born in February 1996 in Pasco, Wash…parents Camillus and Carol…four brothers - Joseph, Camillus, Nick and Anthony…sisters Angela and Pam…plays piano…majoring in music study at WSU.
