JUNIOR (2014-15): Indoor - High jumped PR height of 1.76m/5-9 1/4i for fourth place at MPSF Championships (2/28/15, Seattle)…Outdoor - Soared over bar at 1.79m/5-10 1/2 at WSU-UW Dual…at Pac-12 Championships took sixth place with high jump of 1.72m/5-7 3/4…at NCAA West Region Prelims leaped to PR height of 1.82m/5-11 1/2 for tied at fifth place…mark is seventh-best in WSU all-time history…at NCAA Championships finished 21st with bar clearance at 1.72m/5-7 3/4…named to Pac-12 All-Academic track and field honorable mention team.
SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Indoor - Reached PR in high jump of 1.70m/5-7i at Vandal Indoor (2/7/14, Moscow)…Outdoor - Best high jump of season was 1.66m/5-5 1/4 achieved three times including an eighth-place finish at the Pac-12 Championships…named to the Pac-12 All-Academic track and field honorable mention team.
FRESHMAN (2012-13): Indoor - Cleared a season-best high jump height of 1.59m/5-2 1/2i at WSU Open (1/12/13, Pullman)…Outdoor - Cleared a season-best of 1.70m/5-7 at Vandal Jamboree (5/4/13, Moscow)…at Pac-12 Championships high jumped of 1.65m/5-5.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned six varsity letters at Wenatchee High…two letters as an outside hitter for volleyball coach LeeAnne McGahvey…four letters for track coach Bob Bullis…in volleyball earned Columbia Basin Big Nine first team as junior and honorable mention as senior…freshman year placed fifth in high jump at State 4A Championships after winning high jump at Columbia Basin Big Nine meet and at CBBN/Greater Spokane League Regional meet…tabbed most valuable freshman on track team…sophomore through senior years three-time high jump champion District, Regional, and State 4A Championship Meets…cleared PR height of 5-10 junior season at CBBN District Meet…scored 3897 points in heptathlon junior at the State Multi Events Challenge.
PERSONAL. Born in June 1994 in Moses Lake, Washington….father Kelly is Director of Student Programs and women’s volleyball coach at Wenatchee Valley College…Kelly played volleyball and soccer at Trinity Western University…mother Teresa works in customer service…older brother Quincy and twin brother Crash…uncle Derek Scott competed in pole vault at USC from 2006-10…majoring in anthropology at WSU.
