WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2016-17): Indoor - Threw shot put mark PR distance of 15.27m/50-1 1/4i at Cougar Indoor (2/4/17, Pullman)…REDSHIRT JUNIOR: Outdoor - Discus PR mark of 49.59m/162-8 was thrown at Cougar Invite (4/29/17, Pullman).
 
JUNIOR (2015-16): Indoor - Best shot put mark of the season was 15.02m/49-3 1/2i at Husky Classic (2/13/16, Seattle)…Outdoor - Redshirt season…threw unattached Cougar Invite and Sasquatch Carnival…shot put mark 15.31m/50-2 3/4 and discus mark of 49.19m/161-5.
 
PRE-WSU CAREER. FRESHMAN (2013-14)/SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Captain of Mt. Hood CC track team…competed in the shot put and discus for coach Doug Bowman at Mt. Hood CC…two-time Northwest Athletic Conference All-American…as freshman scored 14 points at championships…PR’d by three feet in runner-up finish in shot put (14.24m/46-8 3/4)…also threw discus three-foot PR at NWAC Championships for fourth place (43.99m/144-4)…most improved on team in 2014…Heart of a Saint award in 2015…NWAC All-Academic sports team...earned NWAC Athlete of the Week in 2015…at the 2015 NWAC Championships, runner-up in discus (45.25m/148-5) and 13th in shot put (11.71m/38-5)…during MHCC career, scored 22 points at conference championship meets.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned six varsity letters at Richland High School…two as a defensive tackle in football…four in track and field in the shot put and discus for coach Jim Qualheim…captained football and track teams…named to Columbia Basin Big Nine All-Conference as a sophomore for discus and junior for both shot put and discus…senior season named to Mid-Columbia Conference All-Conference in shot put and discus…selected to the Tri-City Herald All-Area second team.
 
PERSONAL. Born in March 1995, in Richland, Washington…father Tom is an electrician…mother Cora is a child care specialist...uncle Paul Jackson (1985), aunt Ally Jackson (1979), and cousin Kelly Bolsen (2000) are WSU graduates…enjoys hunting…majoring in economics at WSU.
