WSU CAREER: Opened the fall of her JUNIOR (2018-19) season teaming up with Jess Brougham to finish fourth at the Burnaby Small Boat Invitational…rowed with the varsity eight crew in the spring, helping WSU to its third-straight victory over Gonzaga and the Fawley Cup…as a SOPHOMORE (2017-18), opened the season with the varsity eight at the San Diego Crew Classic finishing fifth in their race…rowed with the varsity eight against Oregon State taking first place in their race helping the Cougars win their ninth-straight Winchell Cup…rowed with the varsity eight at the Clemson Invitational…finished two seconds behind No. 9 Virginia, securing second place for their race and sixth overall…took first place with the second varsity against Gonzaga for the Fawley Cup…rowed with the second varsity eight in the Pac-12 Championships and took fifth…to finish the season the second varsity eight competed at the NCAA Championships and secured fourth place…as a FRESHMAN (2016-17), spent time between the second varsity eight and the varsity four crews…as a member of the varsity four finished first in the ‘B’ Final at the Clemson Invite, placing eighth overall, with the team finishing fourth…rowed with the varsity four at the Pac-12 Championships, team finished in the top-four for the third-straight year…her varsity four crew placed third in the ‘C’ Final at the NCAA Championships, leading to an overall finish of 15th, WSU as a team placed 14th.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Ithaca High School at Ithaca, N.Y. in 2016…rowed for the Cascadilla Boat Club under the direction of Marty Van Der Heide…placed first at the New York State Scholastic Championships with the junior eight crew…placed third at the state competition as a sophomore, competing in the senior double…also competed at the Scholastic Rowing Association Nationals (SRAA) in the senior double during that same sophomore season…as a freshman, rowed in a junior double at SRAA Nationals…placed third at the New York state competition with her senior eight crew as a freshman, and also rowed at the Stotesbury Cup, placing third in a junior double.
 
PERSONAL: Born Rosalina Torcivia, July of 1999 at Niskayuna, N.Y…father Matthew is a nuclear engineer and mother Patrice is an instructional designer…sister Anjelica is a rower at Syracuse University…brother Nicholas…enjoys drawing, yoga, and reading…intends to major in bioengineering.
