Senior (2022-23)
Rowed in three fall regattas with Cougs … Began the season by finishing 11th in the pairs race at the Burnaby Small Boat Invitational … Rowed with the Second Varsity Eight and the Third Varsity Eight at the Head of the Spokane … Ended her season by competing with the First Varsity Eight crew at the Head of the American, where the Cougs finished seventh overall … Named to the 2023 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll.
Junior (2021-22)
Rowed in six regattas with the First Varsity Eight … Helped WSU’s 1V8 win the Fawley Cup for the 27th time in program history with a victory over Gonzaga on April 30, clocking in at 6:24.268 … Guided the Cougars to a victory over No. 12 Southern Cal and No. 19 Alabama at Pac-12 Invitational, finishing the heat in second with a time of 7:03.00 … Helped WSU cap off the Big Ten Invitational with a second-place finish in the 1V8 race, posting a time of 6:35.870 to defeat Minnesota and Dartmouth …. Wrapped up her season by rowing with the 1V8 at the 2022 Pac-12 Rowing Championships at Dexter Lake.
Sophomore (2020-21)
Rowed for the First Varsity Eight in seven regattas … Helped Washington State earn an at-large bid into the 2021 NCAA Women’s Rowing Championship, where the Cougars placed 15th overall … Rowed at the 2021 NCAA Rowing Championships and helped the 1V8 finish third in the C Finals and 15th overall … Guided the 1V8 boat to a fifth-place finish at the 2021 Pac-12 Rowing Championships … Selected to the 2021 Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll … Named a CRCA Scholar Student-Athlete.
Freshman (2019-20)
Rowed in four fall regattas as a true freshman … The spring season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic … Rowed pairs at the Burnaby Sprints and Head of the American … Rowed with the First Varsity Eight in three regattas.
Prior to Washington State
High School
Graduated high school in 2017 from King Alfred's Academy... a previous medalist at the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta, and British National Schools Regatta.... she raced in the single and double sculls at the Great Britain Junior Team selection trials throughout the season, with a number of top 10 finishes.... she also raced in quad events.

Born in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK... Caitlin was coached by her dad Adam Donaldson who raced for Great Britain’s Junior under 23 lightweights.
