Biography

WASHINGTON STATE CAREER

Junior (2016-17) – Competed in six of WSU’s 13 tournaments on the season…notched two top-26 finishes, led by a tie for eighth at the Itani Quality Homes Collegiate (Sept. 12-13), where he shot even par (213), including 69 (-2) in the second round…tied for the Cougars’ best finish at the Pac-12 Championships (April 28-30), shooting 219 (+9)…he shot even par (70) in the final round….74.17 season scoring average.

Sophomore (2015-16) – Made first and only tournament appearance of the season at the Airstream Adventures Classic (Mar. 21-22), tying for 76th (+17, 233).

Freshman (2014-15) – Competed in four tournaments for the Cougars…maintained a 73.08 scoring average…at the Pacific Invitational, Oct. 30-Nov. 1, fired a 211 and tied for seventh place…the three-round score ties for the seventh-best score by a freshman in WSU history.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER

Captained the Spartans’ golf team as a senior under coach Mike Fleming…led the team to an undefeated regular season…four-time First Team All-KingCo…tied current WSU teammate Derek Bayley, shooting a 137 at the 2013 US Junior Amateur Qualifier to qualify for the 2013 Junior World Championship…as a junior, won the Bill-Egbers Memorial Golf Tournament, topping 116 of Washington state’s best high school golfers.

PERSONAL

Born in Bellevue, Wash…father Gary played golf at Washington State from 1982-85…mother Andrea…younger brothers Chris and Matthew…hobbies include basketball, working out, and, coaching.
