SENIOR (2021-22): Indoor - Finished either first-place or runner-up at all but one meet during the indoor season... Won the high jump at the Cougar Classic Invitational (1/14-15) at 2.15m, the N.M. Team Open (1/29) at 2.11m, the Don Kirby Open & Elite (2/11-12) at 2.15m and the Arkansas Qualifier (2/18) at 2.01m... Finished runner-up at the Spokane Invitational (12/11) and the WSU Invitational (2/3-5)... Placed sixth at the Pac-12 Invitational (2/25-26)...
Outdoor - Won the high jump at three outdoor meets during the outdoor season... Finished first at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18-19), the WSU-UW Dual (4/22), and the Fresno State Invitational (2.15)... Improved on his season-best at the NCAA West Preliminary (5/25-28) to qualify for nationals at 2.18m... PR'd to earn first-team All-American honors with a 2.21m jump to place fifth at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (6/8-11).
SENIOR (2020-21): Competed in five different meets… He took first in the Husky Classic, UW Invited and the Arkansas Qualifier in the high jump event… His best mark came at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier where he recorded a mark of 2.12m…
Outdoor- competed in the high jump in nine different events… at the UW v. WSU Dual he set a personal record of 2.18m and placed first in the event. He Competed in the NCAA Division 1 Track a Field Championships but did not clear a mark.
JUNIOR (2019-20): Indoor- Competed in six total meets during the season… He took first at the Red Raider Invitational (2.13m) and at the Bronco Invite (2.05m) in the high jump event… His best mark of the season came at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational where he recorded a mark of 2.16m… at the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Championships he placed fifth overall with a mark of 2.11m in the high jump event.
SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Indoor - Saw action in six total meets during the indoor season, with his best jump at the WSU Indoor at 2.08m/6-9 3/4...Competed at the MPSF Championships in the high jump, finishing 13th with a mark of 2.00m/6-6 3/4…
Outdoor - Posted his first collegiate win of his career in the high jump at the WSU vs. UW Dual with a mark of 2.11m/6-11 overall...Competed at the Pac-12 Championships but did not register a mark, however went on to compete at the NCAA West Prelims, qualifying for a spot at the NCAA Championships after winning a jump off, clearing a PR of 2.14m/7-0 1/4 overall.
FRESHMAN (2017-18): Indoor - Competed in five total meets during his first stint with WSU...Best mark in the high jump occurred during the New Mexico Invitational at 2.02m/6-7 1/2...Competed at the MPSF Championships in the high jump, finishing 13th overall at 2.00m/6-6 3/4…
Outdoor - Cleared a season-best 2.01m/6-7 in the high jump at the Jim Bush / Bob Larsen Invitational. placing fifth overall during the meet.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: At Walla Walla High School was three-time Mid-Columbia Conference District high jump champion with clearance at 6-6 in 2015 and 2017 and 6-8 in 2016…won the Regional meet high jump titles as a junior (6-7) and senior (6-6)…at state 4A meet won high jump in 2016 with a PR height of 6-10 and was the runner-up in 2017 (6-7)…also cleared 6-10 as a senior at 2017 Pasco Invitational.
