WSU CAREER:
FRESHMAN (2021-22): Indoor - Made her collegiate debut in the 60m hurdles on at the Cougar Classic Invitational (Jan. 14-15)... Moved into the top-10 all-time list in the 60m hurdles in her second collegiate meet, placing third at the WSU Invitational with an 8.36... Lowered her PR in the 60m hurdles to finish third at the 2022 Husky Classic with an 8.34 (2/12)... Outdoor -  Earned honorable mention All-American honors with a 17th overall finish at the NCAA Championships (6/8-11) at Hayward Field... Improved on her season-best & program-best in the 100m hurdles with a 13.07 to qualify for finals at the Pac-12 Championships before breaking the record mark for a third time on the outdoor season to finish second overall at the conference meet with a time of 13.03 (5/15)... Became the first track & field athlete to be named a Pac-12 Track Athlete of the Week since May 1, 2018 after breaking a program record and winning the 100m hurdles at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/19)... Broke a freshman record that had stood for 15 years in her first outdoor race of the season with a 13.28 in prelims of the 100m hurdles at the Baldy Castillo (3/19).

BEFORE WSU:
Brazilian Junior National Champion and 100m hurdles record-holder (U16, U18, U20 & U23)... She was a Brazilian Junior National Champion in the 100m hurdles at the U16, U18, U20 & U23 levels... Was a U18 & U23 South American Junior Champion and a South American senior bronze medalist.... Won a U20 Pan-American bronze in the 100m hurdles and was a 2017 Junior World Championships finalist... Was a 2016 World School Games Champion.

PERSONAL
A native of Palhoça, Brazil, De Mello is the daughter of Elis Regina Domingos da Rosa and Claudir Ferreira de Mello... She has two siblings, Robson Manoel Heliodoro and Claudinei da Rosa de Mello... She was born March 7, 2000, and is majoring in Criminal Justice & Criminology at WSU.
