WSU CAREER:
JUNIOR (2023): Cross Country- Did not compete in a meet during the 2023 season. 

SOPHOMORE (2022): Cross Country- Participated in two meets during the season..He finished 18th overall with a 6K time of 19:38.2 in the WSU XC Invitational (9/1/22)...He then ran in the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23/22) posting an 8K time of 25:29.3 for a 59th overall finish.

FRESHMAN (2021): Cross Country- Finished ninth at the WSU Open (9/1) with a lifetime-best 6k time of 19:04.2... Placed 24th at the WSU Cougar Classic (9/10) with a season-best time of 25:10.0 in the men's 8k... Also competed in men's 8k races at the Dellinger Invitational  (25:59.8) and the Inland Empire Cross Country Championships (26:30.0)... Indoor - Placed fifth in the 800m in his track and field debut, clocking a 1:56.25 at the Cougar Classic Invitational (1/14-15)... Placed 14th at the UW Invite (1/28-29) with a new 800m PR at 1:54.64... Lowered his PR in the 800m at the Pac-12 Invitational (2/25-26) where he finished 13th at 1:53.10... Outdoor - Dropped his time in the 800m with a 1:51.67 to finish fifth at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18-19)...  Ran the 1500m for the first time at the Hayward Premier (4/1-2) where he finished 11th at 3:54.03... Finished 16th in the 800m run at the Pac-12 Championships (5/13-15) where he also ran the final leg of the WSU 4X400m relay team that finished 10th at 3:17.36.
