SENIOR (2021-22): Outdoor - Did not compete.

JUNIOR (2020-21): Outdoor - Competed in six total meets throughout the outdoor season, in which they capped off the year with impressive Pac-12 Championship performances...Mullins posted multiple personal bests early in the season, first at the UW v. WSU Dual in the 3000 where they finished second overall with a time of 9:38.58...Erin then turned in another second place finish, this time in the 5000 at the Oregon Relays with a time of 16:37.63...they ended the season running in both the 5000 and the 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships where they placed 22nd overall in the 5000 (16:45.13), and ran a personal best of 34:45.81 in the 10,000, finishing in 13th...their time in the 10,000 (34.45.81) also ranks fourth all-time in Washington State history.

SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Indoor - Competed in three total meets during the indoor season...ran at the UW Invitational in the 5000-meter event where they placed 50th overall with a time of 18:16.48...Mullins competed in the 3000m during the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships where they placed 54th overall with a time of 10:08.99...also competed in the 5000m during this meet and saw a 29th place finish with a time of 17:43.82.
