EUGENE, Ore. - The Cougar men's golf team fell to from seventh to tenth place in the final round of the Duck Invitational. The Washington State men shot a collective 17-over in Tuesday's final round, and finished 26-over for the tournament.

Individually, Blake Snyder was the next best finisher for the Cougars (tied for 34th, 6-over).

"Unfortunately we had a bad day," Washington State Head Coach Garrett Clegg said. "The course was playing pretty tough, but we were put in a position where we could do something good and didn't make it happen."

Host school Oregon remained atop the leaderboard, capturing the tournament title with a team score of 6-under. Oregon's Jonathan Woo shot a third-round 72 to remain at 8-under and earn the individual title.

Next for the Cougar men is the C.O.G. Mizzou Intercollegiate in Iowa City, Iowa. The tournament will be hosted by Iowa April 13-14.
