SENIOR (2015-16): Indoor - Redshirt season…JUNIOR (2016): Outdoor - Top time in 800m this season was 1:50.04 (24th) at the NCAA West Prelims…at Pac-12 Championships ran 800m prelims in 1:50.07 for ninth…also on 4x400m relay with sixth-place finish (3:12.44) after a season-best time of 3:12.13 at Mt. SAC Relays...named to Pac-12 All-Academic track and field first team…completed his undergraduate degree in finance in May 2016.
 
JUNIOR (2015): Indoor - Anchored top team time in 1600m relay of 3:13.54i at the UW Invite…at the MPSF Championships, placed ninth in the 800m with a PR time of 1:50.35i and was third leg on 4x400m relay that placed sixth (2/28/15, Seattle)…SOPHOMORE (2015): Outdoor - Ran trio of PR times at the Cougar Invite…100m time of 11.40, 200m time of 23.13 and 400m hurdles time of 54.71 (4/25/15, Pullman)…at Pac-12 Championships, finished 14th in the 800m and ran second leg of seventh-place 1600m relay…during the summer, ran an 800m PR time of 1:50.14 at Victoria International Track Classic (6/10/15, Victoria, B.C. Canada)…named to Pac-12 All-Academic track and field first team…named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.
 
SOPHOMORE (2014): Indoor - Ran collegiate indoor best time in 800m of 1:53.83i at Husky Classic (2/15/14, Seattle)…at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships ran the 800m leg of the fourth-place distance medley relay (9:53.38i) and finished 12th in 800m (1:54.16)…REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2014): Outdoor - Ran PR time in 400m of 49.84 at Vandal Jamboree (5/10/14, Moscow)…top collegiate time in 800m was 1:51.68 at Stanford Invite…finished 16th in 800m (1:52.65) at Pac-12 Championships…named to Pac-12 All-Academic track and field first team.
 
FRESHMAN (2012-13): Indoor - Ran the 800m in a time of 1:55.45i at Husky Classic (2/9/13, Seattle)…400m time of 51.33i was at Bronco Invite (1/19/13, Nampa)…Outdoor - Redshirt season…competed unattached at Cougar Invite in 400m (49.80).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Ran track and cross country at Sutherland Secondary for coach Hillary Watt…also played soccer (coach Bill Mahon) and competed in kickboxing (coach Anita Katzberg)…sophomore season at BC High School Championships finished fifth in 400m hurdles and eighth in 400m (50.38)…named Sutherland Athlete of the Year…as a junior at BC High School Championships finished third in 800m…repeated as Sutherland Athlete of the Year…senior season won 400m hurdles at BC High School Track and Field Championships…senior year at BC High School Championships won 400m hurdles with PR time of 55.44 and won 800m with PR time of 1:52.30.,,member of NorWesters Track and Field Club for coach Robert Leone…six-time provincial club medalist…four-time national medalist…accorded 2011 Robinson Cup (top athlete in the club)…named Outstanding Male Athlete 2009, 2010 and 2011…ran indoor PR time in 800m of 1:52.35i at 2012 UW Indoor Open.
