FRESHMAN (2007-08): Indoor -Season-best high jump bar clearance at 5-0 1/4 (1.53m) first accomplished at Cougar Indoor (1/26/08, Pullman)...Outdoor - Redshirt season...competing unattached cleared 5-1 (1.55m) twice, first time at Pelluer Invite (4/11/08, Cheney).
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned six letters at Durango High...two as middle blocker/rightside hitter for volleyball coach Robin Oliger...four varsity seasons as high jumper/triple jumper for coaches Mark Dutro and Steve Thyfault...during volleyball career was named to all-tournament as freshman, and to academic honorable mention honors junior and senior seasons...during senior year, Demon's volleyball team were undefeated Southwest League champions, placed second in district, first in regional and took third place a state 5A championships...named second team all-conference...in the field, broke high school high jump record four times as a junior...current record 5-8...won regional meet title, second place at 5A state meet...2006 team MVP...team captain in 2007...runner-up in high jump at regional meet, third place at state meet.
