HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Attended Southland Girls High School…participated in multiple sports including track and field, volleyball and hockey…captained track and field teams in 2011 and 2012 seasons…competed at the New Zealand National School Championships four straight years…won triple jump four consecutive years with marks of 11.69m/38-4 1/4 (2009), 12.15m/39-10 1/2 (2010), 11.63m/38-2 (2011), and 12.20m/40-0 1/2 (2012)…won long jump in 2011 (5.52m/18-1 1/2), was runner-up in 2009 (5.49m/18-0 1/4) and in 2012 (5.61m/18-5), and third in 2010 (5.40m/17-8 3/4)…competed at New Zealand National Championships from 2010-12…twice won triple jump (2010 -11.78m/38-7 3/4 and 2011 - 11.94m/39-2 1/4)…triple jump runner-up in 2012 with a 12.59m/41-3 3/4…also at National Champs, won long jump in 2011 (5.52m/18-1 1/2) and in 2012 (5.73m/18-9 3/4)…placed third in long jump in 2010 (5.40m/17-8 3/4)…at the 2012 Oceania Championships won long jump (5.69m/18-8) and third in triple jump (12.38m/40-7 1/2)…part of New Zealand’s Olympic Development squad called Rio 2016.
