WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2020-21): Outdoor - Ran in seven overall meets during her final outdoor season with the Cougars...Saw her best run in the 1500-meter at the Hayward Premiere where she placed fifth overall with a time of 4:25.00...Keefe ran in both the 800m and 1500m at the Pac-12 Championships...Kaili finished 28th in both events running a 2:13.45 in the 800m and ran 4:40.27 in the 1500m...Keefe capped off her outdoor season at the NCAA West Preliminary Round in the 1500m where she placed 48th overall with a time of 4:42.03.

SENIOR (2019-20): Indoor - Competed in six total meets during the indoor season...Placed first overall in the 800-meter with a time of 2:12.95 at the Idaho Team Challenge...Ran at the 2020 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Indoor Championships where she competed in the 800m, the mile and the DMR event.

JUNIOR (2018-19): Cross Country - Competed in five total meets in her debut season for the Cougars, recording three finishes as the second overall WSU runner throughout the year...Saw her best finish at the Cougar Classic, placing sixth overall with a time of 21:28...Indoor - Ran in three total meets, including the MPSF Championships in both the mile and DMR...Posted a PR in the mile at the Last Chance Elite with a time of 4:46.21...Outdoor - Recorded a PR during the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate in the 800m at 2:09.76...Ran at the Pac-12 Championships in the 1500m (4:45.18).

PRE-WSU CAREER. Transferred to WSU in January 2018 from Eastern Washington University FRESHMAN (2016-17): Cross Country - Competed in eight meets this season…at the Big Sky Championships finished second on team, 26th overall…at NCAA West Region finished second on team, 132nd overall…Indoor - Ran PR in mile at Husky Classic of 4:52.76i (2/11/17, Seattle)…at the Big Sky Championships placed eighth in the mile (5:07.33i) and ran on the sixth-place DMR (12:09.35i)…Outdoor - Clocked in 800m PR time of 2:17.49 at Whitworth Buc Scoring meet (3/18/17, Spokane)…ran 1500m PR time of 4:25.98 at Oregon State High Performance meet (4/29/17, Corvallis)…at the Big Sky Championships finished 11th in the 1500m…at NCAA West Region Prelims in 1500m finished 23rd in first round (4:33.87) and 24th in second round (4:4:27.09)...named to the EWU All-Academic team in the fall, winter and spring…SOPHOMORE (2017): Cross Country - Competed in nine meets…at Big Sky Championships led Eagles with 13th place overall finish…at NCAA West Region meet, led team with 58th-place overall finish.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at West Valley High School in Yakima…sophomore year placed 12th in 800m at state 4A meet…junior year 11th in 800m and 13th in 1600m at state 4A meet…senior year in cross country placed 15th at state 4A meet and 79th at Nike BorderClash…during track season, placed seventh in the 3200m (PR 11:03.15) and 11th in 1600m (PR 5:07.44) at state 4A championships.
