GENERAL: Coached by Lance Lincoln in baseball, earning three varsity letters...also played basketball for two seasons. SOPHOMORE: Hit .472. JUNIOR: Hit .507 and was selected the Great Northern League first team second baseman...also named the team's MVP. SENIOR (1999-00): Named the the GNL first team as a shortstop...also named to the Washington All-State team at shortstop...team finished 19-5 and shared the GNL championship...hit .395.
SOPHOMORE (2001-02): Again played third base and hit .272.
JUNIOR (2002-03): Enrolled in January, 2002.
Dusty James Druffel...born 6-12-81 in Pullman...parents Roy and Cindy Druffel...one sister Shawna...several relatives have attended WSU, including Shawna Rasmussan (sister), Jon Rasmussan and Kurt Druffel...an uncle, Ken Druffel, played baseball at Idaho, while uncle Mark Druffel played baseball at SFCC...enjoys racquetball and golf...a member of the WWCC Athletic Council in 2001.
