WSU CAREER. FRESHMAN (2005-06): Indoor - Top season time in 800m of 1:56.99i at Vandal Indoor (2/17/06, Moscow)...best mile time of 4:33.01i run next day at McDonald's Open (2/18/06, Moscow)...Outdoor - Redshirt season...ran unattached...800m time of 1:55.21 at Cougar Invite (4/22/06, Pullman).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at Oakesdale High...two in football for Ken Lindgren, one in basketball for coach Marv Wigen, one in cross country for coach Shirley Corneillus, and four in track for coach Bill Johnson...freshman year was league 800m champion, placed third at district meet and 11th at state B track championships...as sophomore was Whitman County League 3200m champion...second in district and 10th at state meet...set school record in 1600m of 4:36 and in 3200m of 10:15...Steve Prefontaine Award for track...junior year basketball team finished third at state...track league and district 800m champ and third at state...set school 800m record of 1:57.7...awarded team most inspirational and leadership awards...as a senior placed 11th at state 1A cross country meet running on the Colfax High team...won 800m titles at district and state meets...set school records in 200m (23.2), 400m (51.1), and 800m (1:57.5)...named team captain...won leadership and Prefontaine awards for track...competed at Brooks Meet of Champions (Oregon vs. Washington preps)...competed in regional Junior Olympics in 2003 (4th, 400m 52.7) and 2004 (4th 800m 1:57).
