WSU CAREER. FRESHMAN (2004-05): Indoor - Redshirt season...Outdoor - Long jumped 6.59m/21-7 1/2w at the McDonald's Outdoor (4/16/05, Moscow)...non-wind-aided leap of 6.55m/21-6 came at Vandal Jamboree (5/7/05, Moscow).
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned nine letters at Decatur High...three in track under coach Sam Beesley...three each in football and basketball for coaches Bill Heglar and Kevin Olson...as a senior, captained both track and football teams...posted long jump PR of 23'3" and triple jump PR of 44'3"...named to all-area football team and received Gators captain award.
PERSONAL. Born Nicholas Issac 4/5/86, at Pensacola, Fla...father Joe is a pilot...mother Mary is an accountant...brother Joe (10/20/84)...sisters Hannah (5/9/91) and Sarah (5/9/91)...enjoys vocal performance...member National Honors Society (3.95 GPA)...named Decatur High 2004 Male Vocalist of the Year...received Lions Club award for merit...plans to pursue a degree in general sciences.
