JUNIOR (2021-22): Indoor - Finished ninth in 7.99 in the 60m dash at the Spokane Invitational (12/11) and finished with a 5.37m jump to place seventh... Ran the second leg of the WSU 4X400m relay that finished second in 3:53.80 at the Cougar Classic Invitational (1/14-15)... Reached a personal-best mark of 5.42 at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open (1/22) to place third in the event and made her pentathlon debut at the WSU Invitational (2/3-5), finishing 12th overall with 3,345 points... PR'd in the 60m hurdles at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational (2/12) in 8.88 to finish second overall... Placed 13th in the 200m in 24.95 and was a member of the WSU 4X400m relay team that finished eighth in 3:46.25 at the Pac-12 Invitational (2/25-26)... Outdoor - Opened the outdoor season with a PR in the 200 at 24.50 to finish 18th at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18-19)... Finished second at the Buc Scoring Meet & Multi (3/24-25) in the 100m dash in a personal best time of 12.18... PR'd in both the high jump and javelin at the Whitworth Peace Meet (4/8) with a 19.33m mark in the javelin to place 12th and a 1.41m mark in the high jump to place eighth overall... Finished 22nd at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-16) in the 400m at 54.57... Was a member of the WSU 4X100m relay team that clocked the eighth-fastest time all-time at 45.10 to win the event at the Fresno State Invitational (4/29-30)... Competed in both the 4X100m relay and 4X400m relay at the Pac-12 Championships (5/13-15) and finished 13th in the 400m run at 55.00... Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (5/25-28) in the 4X100m relay.
SOPHOMORE (2020-21): Indoor- Competed in four meets participating in multiple events… At the UW Indoor Preview, she took first place in both the 200m with a time of 25.08 and the 400m with a personal record of 56.11… at the Arkansas Qualifier Nijjar recorded two personal records in the 60m dash with a time of 7.94 finishing 15th overall and in the 200m recording a time of 24.64… In the long jump at the UW Invitational she took first in both the 200m and 60m hurdlers with a personal best of 8.91… In the Husky Classic she set a new personal best in the long jump 17-2 3/4 [5.25m] for sixth place overall… Outdoor- Competed in four meets during the season… recorded a personal record in the 200m with a time of 24.63 at the USC Trojan Invitational… at the Hayward Premiere she set a personal record in the 100m hurdle with a mark of 14.75… at the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships she competed in the 4x100m relay and placed ninth.

FRESHMAN (2019-20): Indoor- Competed in five events during the season… At the Idaho Team Challenge she recorded a personal record in the shot put event with a mark of 7.24m… Finished 19th overall at 25.11 at the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Championships she ran in the 200m event.
