RS-FRESHMAN (2020-21) – Saw his first collegiate action against Texas Southern, Nov. 25, 2020, playing one minute ... played a season-high nine minutes against Eastern Washington, Nov. 28, 2020 while scoring four points on 2-of-2 shooting ... scored his first Pac-12 points against Utah, Jan. 21, 2021 ... played in seven games scoring eight points on 4-of-6 shooting while grabbing four rebounds.
FRESHMAN (2019-20) – Used a redshirt option.
HIGH SCHOOL – Started his high school career at Orofino High School in Orofino, Idaho, before moving to Clarkston, Wash., and attending Clarkston HS…earned a total of four varsity letters in basketball and two in track and field…as junior and senior at CHS, played for head coach Justin Jones…in just two years, broke the school record with 533 career rebounds, while setting the single-season record with 342 rebounds as a senior…his 20 boards in a single game were two shy of the Bantams’ single-game record…averaged 15 points and 12.7 rebounds as a senior at CHS and was named to the All-Great Northern League and was an Associated Press all-state honorable mention…helped lead the Bantams to an 18-9 rebound and a fourth-place finish at the State 2A tournament where Clarkston went 3-1.
PERSONAL – Born Brandton Dean Chatfield, July of 2001 in Spokane, Wash….mother Alison is an attorney and father John is the operations and maintenance managers at Dworshak Powerhouse…older brother Dalton and younger siblings Wyat and Samantha…cousin Morgan Matthews played soccer at Portland State from 2015-18.
