Thank you for your interest in the 2027-28 Washington State University Crimson Girls Dance Team. Our team is the official dance team of WSU Spirit, which is composed of Crimson Girls, Cheer, and the Butch T. Cougar mascot program, under WSU Athletics. The main objectives of our team are to compete nationally at the highest level, support intercollegiate athletics and sports programming, and represent WSU Cougar Nation with the utmost pride.
This year, your submission will require a $25 submission fee, which will be accepted HERE. Your video submissions should be aligned with the NDCA Common College Dance Recruiting Guidelines which are outlined below.

Turn combination should be a minimum of 3 8 counts
Dancer may repeat a skill if necessary, not exceeding a maximum of two attempts
Please be sure to include only skills that you can safely and confidently execute to demonstrate your skill range
Three (3) 45-second combinations demonstrating different styles:
Dancers may add clothing layers for hip hop demonstration
One (1) solo performance of any style
Can be filmed in a studio or submitted from a competition, as long as it’s within at least 6 months of submission
