WSU CAREER:
GRADUATE (2021-22): Indoor - Finished 40th in the 3000m run at the UW Preview (1/15) in 8:39.26 and was 57th in the 5000m run at the Husky Classic (2/11-12) in 14:49.56... Placed 11th in the 5000m run at the Pac-12 Invitational in 14:31.70 and 25th in the 3000m run in 8:26.99... Outdoor - Set a PR in the 1500m run at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18-19) in 4:00.85 and went 14:38.58 in the 5k to finish 18th at the Hayward Premier (4/1-2)... Ran the 10k at the Mt. SAC Relays where he finished 29th at 30:06.12... Finished 16th in the 10k at 29:59.67 at the Pac-12 Championships (5/13-15) and 33rd in the 5k at 14:52.45.

SENIOR (2020-21): Indoor- Competed in three meets during the season… at the Husky classic he had his season best 8:23.90 in the 3,000m, placing sixth overall… Outdoor- Competed in five events during the season… at the Hayward Premiere he recorded a personal record in the 10,000m with a time of 29:15.19… in the 3,000m at the UW v. WSU Dual he recorded a personal record of 8:18.58… at the Pac-12 Track and Field  Championships he competed in two events, placing 13th overall in the 10,000m with a time of 29:52.80 and in the 5,000m placing 25th with a time of 14:22.65.

JUNIOR (2019-20): Indoor- Competed in four events during the season… at the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Championships he had his best 3,000m of the season recording a time of 8:27.30 for 39th place and placed 24th overall in the 5,000m event with a time of 14:53.22.

SOPHOMORE (2018-19): Cross Country - Competed in one race during the year at the Inland Empire Championships where he placed 12th overall with a time of 24:45 to see WSU take second overall as a team...Outdoor- Competed in six meets during the season… at the USC Trojan Invite he set a personal record with a time of 4:05.43 in the 1500m event… at the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships he competed in two events, the 10,000m placing 14th overall with a time of 31:08.08 and in the 5000m placing 29th with a time of 15:07.43.

FRESHMAN (2017-18): Cross Country - Outstanding freshman season…at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational finished third on team/68th overall...at Nuttycombe Invitational finished sixth on team/158th overall...at Pac-12 Championships finished 36th in scoring/37th overall/fourth on team...at NCAA West Region Championships finished sixth on team/84th overall...at NCAA Championships finished fourth on team/201 overall/172 in scoring.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at Henry M. Jackson High School… four in cross country and four in track for coach Eric Hruschka…on the track junior year finished conference champion in 3200m and 1600m…finished third in 3200m at state…in cross country freshman and sophomore year finished as conference team champion…first team All-Conference and second team All-Region sophomore year…junior year finished first team All-Conference and first team All-Region…senior year finished conference champion, first team All-Conference, first team All-State, first team All-West region, and finished second at state…Footlocker cross country national finalist and All-American honorable mention.
