WASHINGTON STATE CAREER

Senior (2022) – Played in 17 matches, entering the starting lineup 10 times…tallied lone goal of the season against Northern Colorado (Sept. 15), while adding an assist in the 6-0 win…recorded two assists, picking up the first in a win over Cal Poly (Sept. 11)…registered 18 shots during the season in 795 minutes played…finished career with 73 matches played, 50 career starts, six goals scored, and eight assists.

Junior (2021) – Played in and started all 21 games for the Cougs as a junior... recorded one goal and one assist on the year in 1295 minutes of play... scored one of the Cougs' seven goals in a 7-0 win over Hawai'i (Sept. 5)... recorded an assist in the 2-0 win over Denver (Sept. 16)... played a career high 106 minutes in the Cougs' double-overtime draw with USC (Oct. 21).

Sophomore (2021 Spring) – Played in 11 games with eight starts while missing just the season opener at Seattle U...led the team in assists with four including posting a multi-assist game in the Cougs' 3-2 win over Oregon State (April 9)...recorded seven total shots on the year...finished tied for fourth on the team with four points.

Freshman (2019) – One of the most dynamic freshmen in the Pac-12, played all 24 games while picking up 11 starts in the attacking third… notched four goals and one assist on the year… scored one on of the biggest goals in program history with the game-winner against No. 3 Virginia (Nov. 22) in the 82nd minute to send the Cougs to the third round of the NCAA Tournament… scored her first career goal in her first home game in the Cougs’ 6-0 win over Montana (Aug. 30)… logged a goal and an assist in a 6-3 win over James Madison (Sept. 1)… named to the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team… ranked No. 28 in TopDrawerSoccer.com’s Top100 Freshmen.


HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB CAREER

Frimpong-Ellertson graduated in 2019 from King's Way Christian High School … played four seasons of varsity soccer (took 2017 season off to focus on club soccer) which began as just an eighth grader, Frimpong-Ellertson started every contest for Knights as she proved to be one of the best players in the state of Washington … As just an eighth grader she would score 15 goals while assisting on eight more while leading the school to its first district title … as a senior she posted a 37 goal, 31 assist season that included a league and district title and the team’s first trip to the state championship game … was a four-time All-Trico League MVP and three-time first team all-state honoree, Frimpong-Ellertson finished her illustrious high school career with 120 goals and 79 assists … playing for her mother, Tina, with the FC Salmon Creek Nemesis, Frimpong-Ellertson won five Washington/Oregon State Cups as well a regional championship … additionally, she played for the Crossfire in the Developmental Academy alongside of Rose Young where she won the Northwest Conference to advance to the Elite in the national tournament.
