WSU CAREER:
SENIOR (2023): Cross Country - Clocked in a 4K time of 15:29.3 at the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23) for a ninth overall finish in her only meet of the season.

JUNIOR (2022): Did not compete during the Cross Country season

SOPHOMORE (2021): Did not compete during the Cross Country season... Indoor - Returned to competition at the Spokane Invitational (12/11) where she finished fourth in the 400m at 59.18... Ran one leg on the WSU 4X400m relay team that finished first at the Whitworth Indoor Invitational (2/12) in 3:47.84 and placed eighth at the Pac-12 Invitational (2/25-26) in 3:46.25... Finished 17th at the Pac-12 Invitational (2/25-26) in the 400m in a season-best 56.67... Outdoor - Began the outdoor season at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18-19) where she finished seventh in the 400m at 56.93... Competed in her first 800m of the season at the Buc Scoring Meet & Multi (3/24-25) where she won with a 2:11.92... Dropped her PR in the 800m to 2:07.68 to place 35th at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/13-15)... Finished third at the WSU-UW Dual where she dropped her PR in the 800m yet again, this time clocking a 2:07.31... Placed 15th at the Pac-12 Championships (5/13-15) in the 800m with a 2:08.28 in the women's prelims... Also competed in the 4X400m relay, helping WSU to a sixth-place finish at 3:41.71.

SOPHOMORE (2020): Did not compete during the Cross Country season... ndoor- In her sophomore season she competed in two meets the UW Preview and the Husky Classic...at the Husky Classic she ran a personal best 59.61 in the 400m. Outdoor- During the outdoor season she ran in five different meets taking place in the 800m… at the Sam Adams Classic she recorded a personal best 2:15.84 in the 800m and at the Whitworth Invite she won the 800m with a time of 2:17.92 for her best finish.

FRESHMAN (2019): Cross Country - Ran in two events during her debut season with WSU...Competed in the Cougar Classic where she finished 52nd overall with a time of 23:47...Ran in the Inland Empire Championship, placing 125th overall with a time of 20:41... Did not compete during either the indoor or outdoor season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four times in both Cross Country and Track at Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish, Wash…as a sophomore was named a 2016 Junior Olympic All-American…that same year her cross country team won state…as a junior, placed seventh at state in the 800m…as a senior, placed third at state in the 800m and the 4x400m relay where she ran as the anchor.
 
PERSONAL: Born in May of 1999 in Penticton, B.C…mother works as a para-educator…father works as a program manager…younger brothers Ethan and Jenson…younger sister Jana…enjoys hiking, being with friends, exploring, and traveling…plans on majoring in nursing to become a registered nurse.
