FRESHMAN – Appeared in 15 games for the Cougars…averaged 9.8 minutes, 1.6 assists, and 0.8 points a game…had a career-high 3 assists at TCU (Nov. 17)…had a number of career-highs at home against San José State (Dec. 21), including 30 minutes played, 5 points scored, 2 field goals made, 2 rebounds, and 2 steals…made first career 3-pointer in that game and tied career high with 3 assists…also had 3 assists against UC Davis (Dec.28), and at Utah (Jan 21)…made other 3-pointer of career at Utah.

HIGH SCHOOL – A three-year starter at St. Ignatius College Preparatory, served as basketball team captain junior and senior years…as a FRESHMAN earned the Wildcat Award as MVP of the Freshman A Team as team went 28-1…as a SOPHOMORE was named All-WCAL (West Catholic League) First Team and to the Sand Dune Classic All-Tournament team…earned first-team all-conference again as a JUNIOR and was named Sand Dune Classic MVP…was an all-State nominee…during SENIOR year averaged 24 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds and 3 steals a game…once again earned All-WCAL honors and was named MVP of the league and the 2014 Central Coast Section Player of the Year…named Max Preps’ 2013-14 California All-State Honorable Mention…Wildcats went 27-7 during senior year and 11-3 in league, falling in the second round of the CIF State Boys Basketball Playoffs…was one point shy of the WCAL record with 40 points against Junipero Serra HS.

PERSONAL – Born Trevor Lamar Dunbar, Jr., January of 1996 in San Francisco…father Trevor, Sr., is a transit operator, mother Richelle Vocal is a disability claims specialist…younger brother Romello Dunbar…older sister Rianna Vocal and younger sister Trenia Dunbar…relative Bryan Thomasson played basketball at Nevada…volunteered with Today’s Youth Matters (TYM) organization and soup kitchens in downtown San Francisco…Shift Team General…in his free time he enjoys helping his dad train younger players, going on vacation and long walks on the beach…plans to pursue a degree in communications…transferred from Washington State following his freshman season in 2014-15.
