WASHINGTON STATE CAREER
RS-Senior (2023-24) - Injured during the offseason and was cleared in January 2024... played against Stanford in the Pac-12 Tournament (March 14). Â
RS-Junior (2022-23) - Transferred back to Washington State and joined the men's basketball team, appearing in five games on the Palouse for a total of eight minutes...made WSU debut in season opener against Texas State...played season-high three minutes in win over Detroit Mercy...appeared in three Pac-12 Conference games...finished the year with four attempted shots and one rebound, grabbing the board against Oregon State (Feb. 16).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Graduated from Jackson HS in Mill Creek, Wash... As a senior, led the team to a perfect 14-0 record in league play and the Wesco 4A regular season title…the team advanced to the state championship tournament for the first time since 2014…earned First Team All-Wesco honors as well as second team all-area for his play after averaging 10 points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals from his point guard position…the year prior, returning from ACL injury, he finished at 11.8 points per game while leading the team to within one win of the state regionals…was a two-sport athlete as Jackson’s starting quarterback on the Timberwolves football team…off the court, Olesen maintained a 3.6 GPA while volunteering with the Special Olympics.
