Born in Bellevue…parents, Evan and Carli…younger brother, Adrian and younger sister, Georgia…mom, dad, grandma and grandpa all graduate from WSU…dad, Evan Hecker played baseball at WSU (1999-2002), two-time All-Pac-10 Conference Honorable Mention (2001-02), appeared in 201 career games, hit .307 with 210 hits, 41 doubles, five homers, 144 runs scored, 28 stolen bases and 92 RBI, set WSU record with three hit-by-pitches in one game (at UCLA, 4/27/2002)…is ninth all-time in WSU history with 32 hit-by-pitches.
