Earned two letters in football...played quarterback, wide receiver and cornerback...three letters in baseball under coach Tim Kuykendall...honorable mention all-league outfielder as a sophomore...team 21-5...as a junior, name first team all-league and All-State as a pitcher/outfielder...team finished runner-up in State with 24-3 mark...second team all-league outfielder as a senior...team went 25-3 and repeated as State runner-up.
