WSU CAREER. JUNIOR (2018-19): Indoor - At the WSU Indoor Meet posted a lifetime best in the weight throw at 14.71m / 48-3 1/4...Placed second overall in the shot put at the Cougar Indoor with a mark of 12.29m / 40-4i...Outdoor - Posted two PR's at the Whitworth Twilight in the shot put (13.05m / 42-9 3/4), and in the discus throw (41.20m / 135-2)...Competed at the Pac-12 Championships in the shot put, finishing 17th overall, and in the discus throw, placing 19th in the event...Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team.

SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Indoor - Competed in three total meets, with her best performance at the WSU Cougar Indoor, placing fourth in the weight throw with a mark of 14.50m / 47-7…Named to the MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete team...Outdoor - At the Spokane Memorial Meet, recorded a PR in the hammer throw of 41.00m / 134-6 to place second in the event...Named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team.

FRESHMAN (2016-17): Indoor - Redshirt season…competed unattached at WSU Open and Cougar Invite…weight throw distance of 13.34m/43-9 1/4i…Outdoor - Redshirt season…competed unattached…best shot put of 12.07m/39-7 1/4 at Adams Classic in Spokane.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned seven varsity letters at Bountiful High School…three as a forward/center in basketball for coach Joel Burton…four in track and field for coaches Marv Mangalei and Ben Jacobsen…on the basketball court, All-State second team as junior…senior year team won state 4A championship…named 4A Utah Girls Basketball Assn. All-Star team, Standard Examiner all-state second team, and Deseret Tribune honorable mention team…in track and field as a freshman placed first in shot put and second in discus at USA track and Field Jr. Olympic Regional Championships…at state 4A championships won shot put title with PR throw of 42-6 3/4 after previous third and fifth place finishes…also at state meets had discus placings of seventh, 18th and fifth.
 
PERSONAL. Born in February 1998…father Alfred is a lead estimator who played football for Weber State…mother Maryann is a neonatal nurse practitioner coordinator…brothers Bruce, Norris and AJ…uncle Will Tukuafu played football at Oregon and then professionally for SF 49ers and Seattle Seahawks…enjoys traveling, playing the piano and listening to music…graduated with honors…received the Utah Scholars Medal in association with the Regents Scholarship Award…Daughters of Utah Pioneers scholarship award recipient…pursuing a degree in sport management or engineering.
