JUNIOR (2018-19): Cross Country - Ran in three total events during the 2018 season, seeing his best finish at the Inland Empire Championships, placing ninth overall (24:42)...Also ran at the Cougar Classic, and the Pac-12 Championships, where WSU placed fifth overall...Was selected to the Pac-12 All-Academic team as well...

SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Cross Country - At Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational Men’s 5 Mile Open finished eighth overall...at Inland Empire Championships finished third on team/21st overall...at Pac-12 Championships finished 63rd overall/9th on team…named to Pac-12 Cross Country All-Academic honorable mention team.

FRESHMAN (2016-17): Cross Country - Finished Sundodger 37th overall/13th on team...at Washington Invite 40th overall/fifth on team...at Inland Empire Champs finished 17th overall/fifth on team…Indoor - At WSU Cougar Indoor (2/4/17, Pullman) ran mile PR with a time of 4:33.62i…ran 3000m PR with a time of 8:52.88i at UW Indoor Preview (1/14/17, Seattle)…at UW Invitational (1/28/17, Seattle) ran 5000m PR with a time of 15:45.57i…Outdoor - Ran 3000m steeplechase PR and finished fourth with a time of 9:38.54 at UW vs. WSU Dual (4/23/17, Seattle)…at Cougar Invitational (2/29/17, Pullman) ran 800m PR with a time of 2:10.13.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned five letters for Mead High School…two in cross country for coach Stephen Kiesel…three in track and field for coach John Mires…in cross country career, finished ninth in Regional meet and placed 23rd at 2015 4A cross country state championships…second team All-Greater Spokane League…finished 40th at 2015 Footlocker West Regional Cross Country meet…on the track, Mead HS won 2016 GSL (9-0), District and Regional team titles and finished seventh at state 4A championships…at Regional meet finished fifth in 1600m in PR time of 9:33.17…awarded team’s distance runner of the year.
