WSU CAREER: Rowed with in the varsity four boats and third varsity eight boat that had winds over Washington as a SOPHOMORE...as a FRESHMAN, was a member of the novice eight crew.
HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior, captain of the basketball team at Naselle High...earned first team All-Pacific League honors in basketball...basketball team went undefeated, 20-0, in regular season...finished seventh at the WIAA State Basketball Championships.
PERSONAL: Fritha Strand-Davern...born Aug. 15, 1984 at Salt Lake City, Utah...mother Gail Davern is an English professor...three older siblings, brothers Kyle and Luke...sister Jenny...interested in fine arts.
