A
Washington State University is committed to creating a positive experience for all fans in the general seating area at Beasley Coliseum and will serve beer and wine in a safe and responsible manner beginning with the 2025 season. As part of that commitment, all applicable state laws will be followed, and the following regulatory features will be implemented:
- Beer and wine sales will begin one hour before the announced tip time and last until 10 minutes left in the 2nd half, at which time sales will discontinue.
- In order to ensure only those 21 and over are allowed to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages, all patrons will be required to show ID or be wrist-banded.
- A guest may only purchase or be in possession of a maximum of two alcoholic beverages at any one time. If an individual is already in possession of one beverage, they will only be permitted to purchase one additional beverage
- Signage meeting the requirements dictated by applicable local and state regulations will be posted and will include the stated legal age for the purchase of alcoholic beverages and identification policies of the venue, drink limit, and cut-off time.
- Alcohol compliance teams will be stationed throughout the stadium to encourage responsible consumption, oversee policy adherence throughout the venue, and monitor behavior.
- Beer and wine will not be allowed in the student section
- Alcohol is not permitted to leave Beasley Coliseum. Guests are not permitted to leave the venue and return on the same ticket.
- Beer and wine options will be available. All beer will be sold in cans not to exceed 16-ounce cans and opened at the time of purchase. Wine will be served in a 9-ounce clear plastic cup.
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in the facility. All other animals are prohibited. Please see the link below for further information: Support Animal Guidelines

Hand held banners are permitted if they are in good taste, contain no profanity or derogatory statements, and do not block the view of other patrons.
Glass, metal beverage containers and thermoses are prohibited. This rule does not apply to empty plastic water bottles that are 1.5 liters less in size. Beverage containers (especially glass and metal) can: hide and store alcohol, shatter or break (which can result in sharp edges and/or pieces), or become dangerous projectiles, threatening the safety of spectators, participants and officials.

Camcorders
- Videotaping equipment is not allowed in the stadium without written permission from the WSU Athletic Department. To obtain permission, patrons should call the Athletic Department 1-800 GO COUGS.
Cameras
- Hand held photography cameras for personal use are allowed at all WSU athletic facilities.
This policy limits the type and size of bags permitted in the venue. However, guests are still allowed to bring personal items, but they must either be carried or fit into a permissible sized bag. Approved bags include clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 14” by 8” by 14”; one-gallon clear re-sealable plastic storage bags; small clutch purses no larger than 4.5” by 6.5” with or without a handle or strap.

It is the goal of the WSU Public Safety Department and Athletics Event Management to provide a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment for all participants and fans. Safety and security policies have been established to benefit everyone entering our venues. Please help us maintain a FUN and SAFE environment for athletes, students, families, and all patrons by complying with all stadium policies. WSU, along with the NCAA and Pac-12 Conference, has assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, discriminatory statements *on the basis of race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, national origin, religion, military status, disability status, or any other characteristic,* or other abusive comments or actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, team representatives, or other patrons will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.
Any comments that, pose a genuine threat, can be deemed harassment, or violates the law, is prohibited and may be grounds for removal from the event. WSU reserves the right to regulate behavior to ensure that it does not disrupt athletic events or other regular activities of the University. Entering the field/court of play during the course of event will subject a guest to immediate ejection from the venue. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable University, state, and federal rules, polices and laws. Failure to do so may result in seat relocation, ejection, loss of games tickets, and/or criminal consequences.

Concession stands are located along the concourse level of Beasley Coliseum and sell a variety of food and drink items.

ADA seating is available in Sections 2, 4, 6, 8 and 14. All seating for disabled patrons is sold on a reserved ticket basis. If a patron has not ordered reserved tickets in advance, the WSU Athletic Ticket Office will exchange their tickets if space is available. Disabled patrons are encouraged to notify the WSU Athletic Ticket Office in advance for special seating accommodations at 1-800-GO-COUGS. Disabled patrons with proper vehicle identification may park on a space available basis in the lot adjacent to the north side of Beasley Coliseum and on North Fairway Road adjacent to Beasley Coliseum. Evacuation routes will be determined by Public Safety Personnel (Police, Fire, and Event Management). Please remain calm and follow the directions of the Public Address Announcer and the nearest Event Management personnel.
For any emergency occurring on campus, dial 911 for ambulance, police or fire service. If you are calling from a non-campus phone, dial 509-335-0911.
Management must rely on communication with and cooperation of the spectator. A visual inspection will be made at the gate. This is a voluntary search. Patrons will be asked to open bags, purses, etc. If a patron does not volunteer for a search and there is reasonable suspicion that they possess banned items, they may be denied entry.
Re-Entry is not permissible in Beasley Coliseum.

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT’s) are on site at all WSU Basketball games. They are located near section 5. Please contact the nearest usher for medical assistance.

All Coliseum doors will open for spectators 1 hour prior to tipoff along with concessions. Students will enter the venue via the west entrance (side closest to Stadium Way).

Lost and Found may be claimed or turned in at the Beasley Coliseum main office outside of section 14.

Official game day merchandise is available at the Bookie location on the south concourse.

Artificial noisemaking devices are prohibited. In addition to confiscation, violators may be subject to university disciplinary action (if applicable) and removal from the event site.

Season parking passes are available to Cougar Athletic Foundation donors through the Cougar Athletic Foundation Office (1-877- IMA COUG). General parking is available for purchase in the lot east of the Indoor Practice Facility and in the Library garage. Programs are available for free directly inside the venue outside of Section 13 on the south concourse.
The following policies have been developed with spectator and participant safety in mind. Failure to abide by the following policies may result in ejection and/or legal proceedings.
Prohibited Items:
- Non-service animals
- Alcohol
- Bicycles
- Glass, metal containers and thermoses This rule does not apply to empty plastic water bottles, which are one liter in size or less.
- Laser Pointers
- Hard sided bags, suitcases, coolers, or other similar devices
- Large bags (all soft sided and CLEAR bags must be able to fit under your seat and be no larger than 14”x 8” x 14”)
- Artificial noisemakers (horns, whistles, etc.)
- Tobacco products. Smoking is not allowed on campus
- Fireworks/weapons/explosive devices
- Camcorders without written permission from WSU Athletics (to obtain permission please call 509-335-5109)
- Drones
- Umbrellas
- Food and beverage unless purchase inside the venue
- Extension items used to hold cellular telephones or cameras in place (e.g. “selfie sticks”)
- Flag poles, or any items that act as an extension of an arm and have a flag or sign affixed
Safety Policies:
Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy the Cougar Football experience free from unacceptable behavior, including the following:
- No Smoking in Beasley Coliseum
- No Throwing of Objects
- No unruly or disruptive behavior
- No Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
Any guest not adhering to the above code or behaving in an unruly manner will be removed from Beasley. Crowd management staff reserves the right to determine what unruly or unacceptable behavior is.

Smoking will not be permitted in Beasley Coliseum. Washington State University became a tobacco and nicotine free campus in 2016.

Scheduled game times are tentative up until the week of the game. There is a no refund, exchange, or cancellation policy on tickets. This includes game time changes because of television.
