Earned seven varsity letters, including one in football for head coach Wes Morimoune at Oxnard High...was a standout performer in track and field, earning team most valuable athlete honors three times...JUNIOR season earned first team Pacific View League honors and first team All-Ventura County...SENIOR...repeat Pacific View League and All-Ventura County first team selection.
MURRAY'S VENTURA COLLEGE CAREER
FRESHMAN (2001-02): Earned Western State Conference honorable mention for coach Terry Morris' club.
SOPHOMORE (2002-03): Named second team All-Western State Conference and captured Ventura's best receiver award...hauled in 35 passes for 671 yards and seven touchdowns...long reception of 62 yards came against Citrus.
