Morgan Radel joined the Washington State Cross Country staff as an assistant coach in January 2026 after two seasons as the men's and women’s cross-coach at Division-III Penn State – Behrend.
Radel trained multiple individual track and cross-country conference champions, cross country championship teams, multiple track program Top-10 marks, and one school record. Randel is entering her fourth season of coaching.
Morgan competed in Division-II cross country and track and field for University of Minnesota Duluth from 2018-23. She was a two-time participant at NCAA DII Cross Country Nationals in 2021 and 2022. Radel was a four-year cross country team captain and twice earned the Elite 18 Award winner from the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
Radel graduated with a Master's in Professional Studies in Multidisciplinary Research and Creativity in 2023 from the University of Minnesota Duluth after graduating with Bachelor's in Political Science and Environment, Sustainability, & Geography in 2021.
