Mikeila Martinez joined the Washington State Athletics as a Performance Nutrition Fellow in July of 2026.
Martinez came to WSU after working as a Dietetic Intern at Kaiser Permanente (Diablo Region), the United State Olympic and Paralympic Committee and at the University of California, Berkeley. Martinez also worked as a Dietetic Intern at Kaiser Permanente (Walnut Creek) and the Oakland Roots Soccer Club.
Martinez earned her bachelor’s degree in public health and fitness at Concordia University (Neb.) where she played soccer before earning her master’s degree in nutritional science and dietetics at Cal.
