WSU CAREER
SENIOR (2025): Appeared in 25 matches and 82 set with 21 starts … posted a season-high 15 kills twice, first against Gonzaga (10/4) and again at LMU (10/18) … recorded a pair of double-doubles with 14 kills and 16 digs against Northern Arizona (9/5) and 11 kills and 17 digs at Grand Canyon (9/6) … served up a season-high four aces in the win at Seattle U (10/2) and finished the season with 17 total service aces.

JUNIOR (2024): Appeared in 27 matches … recorded a season-high 13 kills on two occasions against Portland (10/3) and Saint Mary’s (11/8) … totaled 25 service aces, 82 digs and 15 blocks over 94 sets played … season-high 3.0 blocks came against San Francisco (11/27).

BEFORE WSU
SOPHOMORE W/ IDAHO (2023)
Vrieling came to Washington State as a junior transfer from just down the road at Idaho … during sophomore year, led the team in kills (219), points (240.5), kills per set (2.77) and points per set (3.04) while appearing in 25 matches … also finished second on the team with 16 service aces and 138 digs, and tallied 11 blocks on the year.
 
FRESHMAN W/ IDAHO (2022)
Led the team with 270 kills and had second-most service aces on the team (24) while appearing in 28 matches and 97 sets …registered 166 digs and 22 blocks…secured two double-doubles on the season, including 17 kills and 11 digs in a win over Northern Arizona.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a Mid-Columbia All-Conference First Team selection at Kamiakin HS, and an IBEW Student-Athlete of the Month in her senior year.
