Sam Hoeper enters her first year as a member of the Cougar coaching staff, as the Coordinator of Operations for the 2015-16 season. Formerly a rowing member at Washington State from 2010-13, Hoeper is returning to Pullman after a two-year absence.

Hoeper was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Team honorable mention from 2011-2013. The Marysville, Wash. native was also named to the Washington State All-Academic Team from 2010-2011.

She earned her bachelor's degree in history and anthropology from Washington State in 2013. After graduating from WSU, Hoeper entered the United States Peace Corps where she spent two years in the Philippines.
