Gubernick attended IMG Academy in Florida the last three years after playing her freshman season at Xavier College Prep with current Cougar sophomore Grace Rubelsky. While playing in the Junior Golf Association of Arizona tournaments, Gubernick posted fiveTop-10 finishes including three Top-3 finishes in 2024, four more Top-10's in 2025 including runner-up at the USGA Girls Junior Amateur Qualifier and was third at the AJGA Wyndham Clark this past summer.
