WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2020-21): Outdoor - Cho capped off her Washington State career with one of the most impressive outdoor seasons that could be done...Cho finished the year having competed in 10 total meets throughout the season, ending the season at the NCAA Outdoor Championships...Stephanie posted three total wins which included two in the 400m hurdles at both the Hayward Premiere and the Oregon Relays...The third victory occurred at the UW v. WSU Dual in the 4x400 relay...She advanced her way to the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles, where she qualified in the semifinals, finishing ninth overall...Cho ulimtately placed eighth overall in the finals where she ran a 57.58, the third best all-time mark in WSU Track history. 

SENIOR (2019-20): Indoor - Cho began the indoor season with back-to-back victories in the 400-meter event, winning at the Jackson's Open and the Vandal Open...She continued to post top five performances in the 400m at some of the nation's premier meets, including running a 54.19 at the Don Kirby Elite...Competed at the MPSF Championships in the 400m, finishing seventh overall with a PR of 54.16...Stephanie also ran in the DMR for the Cougs, seeing the squad finish fourth overall at 11:23.11...Was named to 2020 MPSF Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Scholar-Athlete team.

JUNIOR (2017-18): Indoor - Competed in six total meets, notably recording a PR in the 60m hurdles of 8.90 at the Ed Jacoby Invite…Outdoor - Ran a PR time in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA West Preliminary Round at 58.12...Cho continued to advance through the postseason to the NCAA Outdoor Championships where she placed 20th overall with a time of 59.06 in the 400m hurdles.

SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Indoor - PR time in 60m hurdles of 8.07 at the WSU Open (1/21/17, Pullman…at the MPSF Championships ran the lead leg on the 4x400m relay (9th - 3:49.65i)…Outdoor - Ran a PR time in the 400m dash of 58.87 at the WSU-UW Dual meet (4/23/17, Seattle)…at the Pac-12 Championships placed 14th in 400m hurdles (1:03.11)…named to Pac-12 T&F All-Academic First Team. 

FRESHMAN (2015-16): Indoor - Ran a 400m dash time of 58.78i at Don Kirby Elite…at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships ran on Distance Medley Relay that placed 11th (12:06.08i)…Outdoor - Top intermediate hurdles time was 1:03.19 to win the Cougar Invite (4/30/16, Pullman).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Competed at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School…in 2012 was British Columbia provincial champion in triple jump, long jump, 200m hurdles, 80m hurdles and pentathlon…national pentathlon leader…grade 8-9 BC high school 400m champion…won four gold medals at BC Summer Games…Canadian champion in triple jump, runner-up in four more events…in 2013, competed for Team Canada at the 8th IAAF World Youth Championships in Donetsk, Ukraine, running a 400m hurdles PR time of 1:00.05, 10th-best time in the semifinals…named Vancouver Olympic Club team Youth Female Athlete of the Year after breaking five BC records, being the B.C. Champion in the 300m hurdles and World finish…in grade 11, set British Columbia provincial record in 300m hurdles (43.58) and 400m hurdles (60.09), breaking own records set sophomore year…at 2014 B.C. High School Track & Field Championships won 400m hurdles (1:00.09), runner-up in 100m hurdles (14.85) after having the top prelim time of 14.75, and third in heptathlon (4,342 points)…lowered intermediate hurdles PR time to 59.96 in June 2014 at University Athletics Series #2 meet in Coquitlam, B.C…Vancouver Thunderbirds Track Club coach Mary Chewning…Vancouver Olympic Club coaches Tatjana and Besnik Mece.
