WSU CAREER:
SOPHOMORE (2020-21): Outdoor - Ran at one meet during the 2021 outdoor season, which was at the UW Invite where Zorana competed in the 800-meter event where she placed sixth overall with a time of 2:15.47.
SOPHOMORE (2019-20): Indoor - Ran at five total meets throughout the indoor season, most notably at the UW Last Chance Elite where she posted a PR in the mile at 4:43.91...Competed at the MPSF Indoor Track and Field Championships in three events, the 800-meter, the mile, and the DMR. Grujic went on to help her squad finish fourth overall in the DMR with an overall time of 11:23.11...Named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation 2020 Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Scholar-Athlete team.
FRESHMAN (2018-19): Indoor - Competed in four total meets throughout the season...Competed at the MPSF Championships in both the 800m (2:11.87), and the DMR (11:24.54)...Named to the MPSF All-Academic Scholar team...Outdoor - Saw her best meet the Bryan Clay Invitational, recording two PR's in both the 1500m (4:27.61), and in the 3000 steeplechase (10:15.79)...Her time in the 3000m steeple was the third best time in WSU history in the event as well...Competed at the Pac-12 Championships in the steeplechase where she finished eighth overall, recording one point for the WSU team score...Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the 3000m steeplechase.
FRESHMAN (2017-18): Indoor - Totaled three meets during her first stint with WSU, including competing at the MPSF Championships in multiple events which included the 800m (2:10.80), and the DMR (11:20.77)...Outdoor - Saw action in several meets throughout the year, notably recording two PR's in both the 800m (2:08.94), and the 400m (58.950...Competed at the Pac-12 Championships in the 800m run, placing 10th overall with a time of 2:08.95.
PRE-WSU CAREER. Attended technical school in Serbia…competed in European and world competitions.
PERSONAL. Born September, 1997 in Novi Sad, Serbia...father Zoran is a soccer coach...mother Dara is a trader...older sister Dejana...twin sister Jelena...enjoys reading...received diplomas for excellent school results...plans to study nutrition at WSU.
