SENIOR (2021-22): Indoor - PR'd in the 5k, 3k and mile over the course of the indoor season... Began the season at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/4) where he finished 18th at 13:34.75... Ran a personal-best time in the mile to finish second at the UW Preview (1/15) in 3:55.74... Placed fourth in the 3000m run at the Husky Classic (2/11-12) in 7:45.80... Competed at the NCAA Indoor T&F Championships in the both the mile and 3000m run, finishing 14th overall in both events... Outdoor - Won the 5k at the Hayward Premier (4/1-2) in 13:49.53... Finished first at the WSU-UW Dual (4/22) in his first steeplechase of the season with an 8:49.94... Placed third at the Pac-12 Championships (5/13-15) in the steeplechase with an 8:34.33 and was 10th in the 5000m run at 13:43.11... Finished third in the steeplechase at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (5/25-28) in 8:38.24 and 38th in 14:18.58 in the 5000m run... SENIOR (2020-21): Indoor- Competed in five total meets during the season, competing in multiple events… at the UW Invite he recorded a personal recorded of 3:57.39 in the mile, placing third in the event… at the Husky Classic he won the 3000m with a personal record of 7:53.18… competed in two events at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships, the 3000m (7:57.38) and the 5000m (14:01.86), placing 10th and 15th respectively… Outdoor- competed in 7 different meets during the season… at the Hayward Premier set a new personal record in the 1500m with a time of 3:40.72 placing fourth… at the NCAA Division I Track and Field Championships he competed in the 3000m steeplechase, in the prelims he set a personal record with a time of 8:32.11. In the finals he placed 12th overall.
SENIOR (2019-20): Cross Country - Competed in five total meets throughout the season, seeing his best finish at the WSU Cougar Classic in ninth overall (24:43.7)...Placed 57th overall in the Pac-12 Championships, helping the Cougars qualify for the NCAA West Regionals...Posted a 40th place finish in the 10k race at the NCAA West Regionals from Colfax, Wash. as the Cougs hosted the meet...Indoor - Began the season with an impressive win at the UW Preview in the 3000-meter event, running a time of 8:00.71 overall...Went on to qualify for the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 3000m, where he placed third overall, recording a time of 7:59.85.
JUNIOR (2018-19): Cross Country - Ran in four total events including competing at the NCAA West Regional where he placed 49th overall (30:37.2)...Johnson saw his best finish at the Pac-12 Championships with a 34th place finish (23:54.8)...Indoor - Ran in two meets in the 3000-meter before running at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships...At MPSF Championships he finished 22nd (8:11.43) in the 3000m and 18th (14:30.40) in the 5000m...Outdoor - Earned three top 10 finishes in the 3000m Steeplechase during the season...Competed at the Pac-12 Championships in the 5000m, placing 24th overall (14:56.66), and finished 19th overall in the 3000m Steeplechase (9:24.98)...Earned a spot in the NCAA West Regionals in the 3000m Steeplechase, where he placed 35th overall with a time of 9:02.22.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Earned eight letters at Sehome High School…during cross country career, was runner-up in Northwest Conference meet, fifth at District 1 meet, runner-up at state 2A championships…at 2015 Nike BorderClash placed 36th…on the track, ran an 800m PR time of 1:59.46 as a junior, 1600m PR time of 4:15.95 and 3200m PR time of 9:21.99 as a senior…at 2016 state 2A championships was runner-up in 3200m and finished fifth in the 1600m.
