JUNIOR (2023): Cross Country- Finished with a college-best in four of the sixth events he competed in...Started the season strong with a first overall finish in the WSU Alumni Open (9/1/23) with a 6K time of 17:24.3...Followed a first place finish with a 8K time of 23:50.5 in the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23) and a second overall finish...Clocked in a 5M college-best time of 23:55.9 in the Joe Piane Invitational (9/29/23) finishing 19th overall...Finished 49th overall with 8K time of 24:07.2 in the XC College & Open (10/14/23)...Finished 28th overall and ran a college-best 8K time of 23:48.1 in the 2023 Pac-12 Championships (10/27/23)...Wrapped up his terrific season with a 41st overall finish in the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/10/23)...Clocked in a college-best 10K time of 30:06.1.

SOPHOMORE (2022): Cross Country- Opened up the season strong with a second place finish in the WSU XC Invitational (9/1/22) clocking in a 6K time of 18:00.7...He then ran an 8K time of 24:23.5. in the Bill Dellinger Invitational (9/23/22) finishing 25th...Improving on his 8K time, he finished 36th in the Pac-12 Championships (10/28/22) posting an 8K time of 24:04.2...In his season ending meet he completed a College Best in the 10K with a time of  30:16.6. at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/11/22)...He finished 88th overall. 

FRESHMAN (2021): Cross Country- Finished the Dellinger Invitational in 24:22.2 (62nd), a season-best 8k finish in his collegiate debut... Was 50th in the men's 8k at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:49.0... Competed at the NCAA West Region Championships and finished the men's 10k at 31:07.9 (57th) to cap his first-career cross season... Indoor - Made his indoor debut in the mile (4:16.93, 25th) at the UW Preview (1/15) and debuted in the 3000m at the UW Invite (1/28-29), finishing at 8:24.68... Hit a season-best at the Pac-12 Invitational, finishing 23rd in the 3000m at 8:22.91... Outdoor - Finished with a season-best time in his first 1500m of his career at the Baldy Castillo Invitational (3/18-19) where he placed seventh overall in 3:51.20... Tallied five top-10's on the outdoor season in the steeplechase including a season-best finish of second overall at the Fresno State Invitational (4/29-30) at a then lifetime-best 8:48.05... He dropped his PR in the 5000m at the Pac-12 Championships (5/13-15) to 14:29.37 and also finished eighth in the steeplechase (8:48.66) at his first-career outdoor conference championships... He capped off his stellar first year with a PR in the steeplechase (8:45.28) to finish 16th at the NCAA West Preliminary Round.
