WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2020-21):  Indoor - Posted four total wins during the indoor season...Took first at the Idaho Team Challenge, Bronco Invite, and MPSF Indoor Championships in the 60-meter dash, and earned one win in the 200m (21.38) at the Bronco Invite as well...MPSF Indoor Champion in the 60m dash (6.55)...Named a 2020 NCAA Indoor All-American in the 60m dash...Outdoor -

JUNIOR (2018-19): Indoor - Competed in seven total meets for the Cougars during his first year with WSU...Became the record holder at Washington State University in the 60-meter dash (6.53), and set the WSU Indoor facility record in the 60m (6.65) as well...Set the record in the 200m at the Idaho Indoor Invite (21.16)...Set the Don Kirby Invite 60m meet record (6.53)...Set the Long Beach Invitational 100m meet record(10.50)...Helped set the 4x100 meet record at the Long Beach Invitational (40.25)...Placed third overall in the 100m at the Pac-12 Championships, and placed fourth overall in the 200m as well...Saw his best time in the 60m at the Don Kirby Elite (Albuquerque, N.M.) at 6.53 (6.55 NCAA), putting him fourth overall in the world (IAAF), and fourth overall in the NCAA...Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships (Birmingham, Ala.)...USA Championship 100m qualifier...Winner of 2018-19 Washington State University's "Male Performance of the Year."
 
WELLS' PRE-WSU CAREER. (2017-18): Competed for Central Arizona Junior College as a member of the track program...60-meter dash school record holder (6.69)...Four-time conference champion in both the 100m and 200m events...Qualified for the Indoor NJCAA 60m Nationals, and placed seventh overall...Indoor NJCAA All-American (60m dash)...Qualified for the Outdoor NJCAA Nationals in the 100m, 200m, 4x100, and the 4x400 for two straight years. 
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Attended Rainier Beach High School where he lettered in both track and football for three years each...Finished sixth in the state in the 400m finals (2014)...Won state in the 200-meter dash (2015)...Won state in the 100m and the 200m (2016)...Finished ranked No. 7 in the nation...Junior Olympic qualifier...Holds the Rainer Beach HS record in the 100m and the 200m...Metro, District, and State champion...First Team All-State during his senior year as well. 
 
PERSONAL. Born in October 1997, in South Seattle…father Emmanuel Wells Sr.....mother Annette Wells …older sisters Emmanu and Brittney Wells...uncles James (Dixie State), and Matthew (Washington) both former colligate football players, and cousin Nate played in the NBA.
